First reaction?
The color combination is an attention grabber. The skirt... super relevant but the real wonder is whether this shorter length is cheap or right on. I feel if we could see it up close to determine the weight of the fabric would easily show whether it would receive that cheap look. If it was fuller and a heavier fabric Or super new wave fabric then the skirt would easily look like a designer piece or vintage that was edited crazy good.
The shoes though, agree not fully enjoying it? White is a hard shoe to be right on. Agree? For me the white shoe brings back the days of middle school. It was the official summer color and everyone in your grade wore their white (probs all old navy) flip flops. Something you may or may not have done...but if you did then you don't want to take pride in that fashion decision.
I mean this outfit as a whole would easily be a great building block. Put some great pants under in a stiff thin denim. Or get black tights with a broken line or straight line painted on the back Thicker and newer then the old fashion way back when tights were not allowed to be bought. I love this somewhat little craze of doing prints on tights. I mean why not? Tights are completely empty canvas. However, some are spot on, but most are too busy in a heavy way not really perfect for that body area on some proportions. Or they tend to the complete opposite of heavy with bright unflattering colors.
